Caring Club Merchant Participation Agreement

United Ways of Coastal Fairfield County and Greater New Haven are utilizing the Caring Club® Program as a way to acknowledge donors who contribute $156 or more to our Community Funds, helping to support a network of programs aimed at improving education, health, financial stability, and meeting basic needs. Caring Club® members benefit from a variety of discounted items and services throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties.

By completing the form below, your company agrees to partner with United Way to offer this benefit to our donors. In addition, United Way agrees to promote your product/service in all Caring Club® materials.

The above-identified merchant agrees to provide specified discounted item(s) and/or service(s) to Caring Club® members beginning January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010. Merchant agrees to provide this discount, contingent upon the member’s presentation of the Caring Club® discount card at point of sale. The Caring Club® discount card will be issued by United Way directly to donors.

United Way agrees to include the merchant’s name and contact information in all published materials, including, but not limited to, United Way’s website. In addition, United Way agrees to regularly communicate with Caring Club® members to keep them informed of new and updated discounts and to supply optional store-front signage to participating merchants.
